IT Coordinator

ATB is changing the face of Telecommunication communications by launching a constellation of telecommunication nanosatellites! With the recent success of our Series A funding, a handful of early customers, and our first two satellites in orbit, ATB is currently doubling in size!

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to all employees

Onboarding new employees

Install and configure computer hardware equipment and software

Maintains an inventory of software, licences, and warranties

Maintains inventory control for all IT equipment

Track and measure system and network performance

Perform troubleshooting and repairs

Execute different maintenance activities when needed

Test and check backups

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in IT related roles

Undergraduate degree in related discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience

Solid knowledge of computer hardware

Experience troubleshooting Windows PC

Knowledge of Networking (IP, subnets, etc.)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Speak, read and write in English

Ability to work independently and in a team-based setting

Willing to grow and learning mindset

Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment

Bonus Points

Bash scripting knowledge

Experience with AWS

Experience with Linux (Ubuntu / CentOS)

Experience with managing firewalls
